Pune. Look forward.
You know the city.
Imagine what it could become.
An address that changes how you want to live.
A building that becomes a point of reference.
A neighbourhood that finds a new sense of possibility.
That is the ambition behind Forsight Group — rooted in experience, shaped by a vision for what comes next.
Discover what's taking shapeOur story began long before this introduction.
Behind Forsight Group are people who have spent years turning plans into places — numerous projects completed, commitments delivered, and experience earned through the decisions, details and discipline that development demands.
What could we bring to Pune that people will value for generations?
That foundation gives us the confidence to ask a bigger question — and our next chapter begins with the answer.
Representative imagery, shown for mood and layout only. It does not depict an actual Forsight Group development.
Two new developments are underway in Pune.
Ground has been broken in two of the city's most sought-after neighbourhoods. These addresses are only the beginning of what's to come.

The skyline is only the beginning.
A building changes the view. The greater opportunity is to change the experience of being there.
- How a space welcomes you.
- How light moves through your day.
- How privacy, connection and a sense of belonging find their place.
At Forsight Group, architectural ambition meets a close understanding of everyday life — places that earn your attention, and hold their meaning long after.
Before we reveal the address, discover the intention.
To contribute something distinctive to Pune. To create spaces people feel proud to belong to. To bring the experience of what we have delivered to the possibilities we have yet to unveil.
We're keeping the details close for now. If this is what you believe Pune's future should feel like, we'd like you to be part of the conversation.
